We are looking forward to the day, but also being part of the journey leading up to this. Tony Downs, organiser of the WightFibre Cowes Cardboard Boat Race has a few hints for new participants:
“We are delighted to welcome Betapak on board to be part of the WightFibre Cowes Cardboard Boat Race. This starter pack makes it much easier for those who want to take part, to get hold of some of the key pieces needed to make a boat – and we expect participants to take advantage of this great offer from Betapak to create some innovative designs for the race. As a little bit of a hint, I want to mention that the boat I helped build last year – which stayed afloat for a long time – used the cardboard edging, as on offer from Betapak. So don’t delay… get registering and make sure you collect your starter pack from Betapak after April 11th!” – Tony Downs, Organiser of the WightFibre Cowes Cardboard Boat Race
